titleOfInvention | Homogeneous map generating device and method |
abstract | An apparatus for generating isotropic maps is disclosed. The image input unit receives an analysis target image. The isoline generator sets the outermost outline of the input image as the first isoline, and when each point forming the first isoline gradually moves inside the first isoline and meets points corresponding to the preset criteria, it stops moving. Connect the stopped points to create one or more first isolines, and when the points that make up the first isolines gradually move inside the first isolines and meet the points that meet the preset criteria, they stop moving. Connect the suspended points to create one or more second isolines. According to the present invention, the isogeneous line is generated in the medical image and the isoline may be moved into the image so that the medical image may be divided into multiple stages. This may provide a tool for effectively analyzing the medical image by extracting a region of interest (eg, cancer cells) of the medical image. |
