| abstract | This invention makes it a subject to produce the polybutadiene which has many various physical properties in the method of manufacturing polybutadiene by anionic polymerization at low temperature, by controlling the micro structure. The present invention provides aprotic polar solvent or aprotic polar solvent in the process for producing polybutadiene by anionic polymerization from 1,3-butadiene under the reaction temperature conditions below the boiling point of butadiene and in the presence of a polymerization initiator. It is a manufacturing method of polybutadiene characterized by carrying out in presence of potassium salt in the mixed solvent of and a nonpolar solvent. The potassium salt is preferably t-butoxy potassium, and the solvent is preferably a mixed solvent of tetrahydrofuran and hexane. The polybutadiene obtained in this way can be used for the plate-making material composition and adhesive composition used for a flexographic printing plate. |
