abstract | The present invention relates to a cereal powder composition having good oral solubility, and more particularly, to a cereal powder composition having excellent oral-solubility, which comprises xylitol crystals and oligosaccharides for enhancing the solubility of cereal powders in an oral cavity. The cereal powder, the xylitol crystal and the oligosaccharide powder are contained in the cereal powder composition of the present invention having good oral-solubility. Therefore, even if they are consumed without water, they do not aggregate in the oral cavity and have good oral solubility and high preference. |
