The present invention relates to polypeptides comprising a human binding domain capable of binding to the CD3 (Epsilon) chain of human and non-chimpanzee primates, as well as to a method for producing said polypeptides. The present invention also relates to nucleic acids encoding the polypeptides, vectors comprising the same, and host cells comprising the vector. In another aspect, the invention provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the above-mentioned polypeptides and the medical use of such polypeptides. In yet another aspect, the invention provides a method for identifying polypeptides comprising a species-specific binding domain capable of binding to an epitope of CD3 epsilon (CD3 epsilon) of a human and non-chimpanzee primate.n n n n Interspecific binding domains, CD3 (Epsilon) chains of human and non-chimpanzee primates, context-independent CD3 epitopes, CHO cells, gel chromatography. |
