The present invention discloses immunostimulating agents containing a specific polypeptide as an active ingredient. Such a polypeptide has been isolated as a polypeptide which binds to an antibody specifically present in sera derived from a cancer-bearing organism by the SEREX method using serum from a cancer-bearing dog cDNA library. Such a polypeptide can induce immunity to the living body, and can also reduce the tumor of the cancerous carcinoma.
