abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermentation broth comprising the steps of fermenting a mixed medium, incubating and cultivating a useful microorganism, primary fermentation and decomposition after addition of toxic sulfur powder, disrupting the primary fermentation broth with a wet colloid mill, (H3PO3), a salt mixture, and a mixed solution containing a sodium silicate solution and a solution of Lactobacillus parafarraginis are mixed with a mixed solution, A method for preparing an eco-friendly fish water microorganism treating agent using sulfuric water having a newly decontaminated sulfur, which inhibits aquatic organism causing a disease caused by water-fungal disease of fish, from a liquorless sulfur prepared by liquefaction and removing toxicity from sulfur, and its use .
