abstract The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a pellet prepared by drying and spray coating biomass using waste oil and bunker oil, and to a manufacturing system thereof. More particularly, the manufacturing method of a pellet comprises: (S10) a scrap iron sorting step; (S20) a plastic waste pulverizing and separating step; (S30) a pulverizing step; (S40) a cutting and pulverizing step; (S50) a primary mixing step; (S60) a primary stirring step; (S70) a drying step; (S80) a spray coating step; (S90) a secondary mixing step; (S100) a secondary stirring step; (S110) an asphalt injecting and mixing/stirring step; (S120) a deasphalted oil applying and extruding step; (S130) a coating step; (S140) a molding step; and (S150) a cutting step. Solid fuel produced according to the present invention has increased thermal efficiency and ignition properties. Also, a pellet having excellent combustion efficiency can be obtained.
