titleOfInvention Epoxy paint coating using a Waterworks a steel pipe hardwood charcoal
abstract The present invention relates to an epoxy paint coated water supply steel pipe using hardwood charcoal. More specifically, the present invention relates to the epoxy paint coated water supply steel pipe using hardwood charcoal which can prevent corrosion by pretreatment of a surface-treated water supply steel pipe, and is coated with a liquid epoxy paint having adhesion with excellent water resistance by adding hardwood charcoal preventing oxidation through a purification function and a deodorization effect of water and residual component removal of the water. In the water supply steel pipe having an outer diameter coated with an epoxy resin layer, an adhesive resin layer and a polyethylene coating layer while being sequentially supplied to an external diameter coating apparatus comprising an epoxy coating tank, an adhesive resin tank and a polyethylene coating tank during a process of being pre-heated and supplied after cleaning with shot blasting, the steel pipe is supplied and is cleaned using water and then is dried by air using an inner diameter cleaning and drying apparatus. In the inner diameter coating apparatus, the epoxy resin coating layer comprising 55-74.5 wt% of an epoxy resin, 15-20 wt% of a hardening agent, 10-20wt% of a filler and 0.5-5 wt% of the hardwood charcoal is coated on an inner diameter of the steel pipe. The hardwood charcoal has 85-96 wt% of a carbon content as to 100 wt% of an oriental oak by applying heat of 850-1000C to the oriental oak indirectly, and contains radiant energy of 0.910~0.919 W/m^2 at emissivity of 5-20 m as to a black body using an FT-IR spectrum, and makes a cross section area of 100 pyeong per 1 g while maintaining 6.8-9.5 pH.
