titleOfInvention High-strength titanium-copper alloy
abstract The present invention provides high strength titanium copper which is preferable as a conductive spring material for use in electronic parts such as camera modules. At least one element selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, Mg, Si, Ni, Cr, Zr, Mo, V, Nb, Mn, B and P as a third element is contained in an amount of 2.0 to 4.0 mass% 0 to 0.5 mass%, the balance being copper and inevitable impurities, and having a KAM value of 1.5 to 3.0 in the crystal orientation analysis in the EBSD measurement.
