abstract |
The present invention aims to provide a method for effectively detecting a plurality of deletion mutant DNAs existing together with normal DNAs. Provided is a method for detecting a mutant gene through a real-time polymerase chain reaction by comprising a primer set for PCR amplification, a primer for suppressing normal DNA amplification by suppressing flap endonuclease activity, and a probe set. By using the method, normal DNA amplification can be effectively suppressed and a small amount of mutant DNA can be amplified. |
