abstract The present invention relates to a computational method for preparing a binding protein library and a system therefor, and a method of the present invention includes (1) comparing and analyzing sequences of proteins that are evolutionarily conserved with respect to a protein whose structure is known (2) the process of finding the site on the surface of the protein by analyzing the protein structure, (3) integrating the information obtained through the above two processes to obtain a protein having a highly variable protein And finding the surface of the surface. By using the method proposed in the present invention, it is possible to discover new proteins which can be used as a skeleton protein for preparing a binding protein library. They could be used to detect new protein drugs or specific compounds.
