titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing lace cloth
abstract The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for lace fabric, which manufactures lace fabric through a process that uses a grey fabric thickening agent composition. The manufacturing method comprises: a step of preparing a grey fabric thickening agent composition by putting, in a mixer, 65-95 wt% of soluble polyurethane resin and 5-35 wt% of propylene glycol monopropylene ether resin and stirring the same; a step of preparing a lace material of stretch lace or non-stretch and rigid lace; a step of weaving creep cloth by knitting the lace material in a tubular shape; a step of applying a dye to the creep cloth, steaming and heating the same, and then dyeing the cloth in order to repeat the lighting and shading of the lace material; a step of weaving lace cloth by using the dyed lace material and a non-dyed pattern structure; a step of dyeing the non-dyed pattern structure of the lace cloth in order to manufacture multi-color dyed lace cloth; and a step of performing a defect test of the lace cloth, processing the lace cloth by inputting the grey fabric thickening agent composition thereto, and completing lace fabric. According to the present invention, it is possible to evenly color dye and pigment.
