abstract There is provided an alignment film comprising first to fourth regions having first to fourth alignment angles. The first polarized light having the first intensity is irradiated to the first and second regions of the photosensitive film. And the second polarized light having the second intensity is irradiated to the second and third regions of the photosensitive film. And the third polarized light having the third intensity is irradiated to the first to fourth regions of the photosensitive film. The polarization angles of the first to third polarized lights are different from each other. The second partial wide angle is larger than the first partial wide angle, and the third partial wide angle is larger than the second partial wide angle. One of the polarizations of the second and third polarized lights irradiated to the third region is less than the third alignment angle? 3. The third intensity is lower than either of the first and second intensities.
