abstract A water-based photovoltaic generator is disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, A base frame supporting the light condensing panel at a predetermined angle with respect to the water surface; A plurality of floating drums mounted under the base frame to provide buoyancy; A cooling curtain unit extending transversely to an upper end of the condensing panel to generate a water curtain on the entire surface of the condensing panel; A heat sink mounted on a rear surface of the condensing panel to radiate heat of the condensing panel; A spray pipe extending in the lateral direction and spaced apart from a rear surface of the heat sink by a predetermined distance, the spray pipe having a plurality of spray holes and spraying water droplets toward the heat sink; A weight drum disposed at a center of buoyancy of the plurality of floating drums and installed to be suspended in the base frame through a chain; And a water line for supplying water to the cooling curtain unit, the spray pipe and the weight drum from the water phase of the installation position via the pump.
