abstract It provides heat pump type heat source device which can reduce initial cost and running cost. The heat pump type heat source device is provided with a heat pump 2 for controlling the temperature of the water for heat exchanger supplied to the air conditioner 1 disposed indoors. The heat pump 2 includes a plurality of outdoor side units 4 installed outdoors and one indoor side unit 5 installed indoors. The indoor unit 5 includes an indoor heat exchanger 6 for exchanging a refrigerant and water for heat exchange, and a water feed pump 7. The outdoor unit 4 is provided with an outdoor side heat exchanger 8 for exchanging outdoor air and a refrigerant, and a compressor 9. The heat pump type heat source device also includes a refrigerant pipe (10) installed in the outdoor heat exchanger (8), a compressor (9), and an indoor heat exchanger (6) for circulating refrigerant, an indoor heat exchanger (6), and a water pump. (7) and the air conditioner 1 are provided with the water piping 11 provided so that the water for heat exchange may circulate.
