abstract |
The present invention comprises the steps of (a) mixing 91 to 98% by weight of aluminum nitride powder, 1 to 8% by weight of Y 2 O 3 , and 0.1 to 1% by weight of TiO 2 ; (b) adding an alumina ball and a solvent to the mixture prepared in step (a) and performing a wet ball mill, followed by drying to prepare an aluminum nitride mixed powder; (c) 1 to 5 parts by weight of the aluminum nitride mixed powder of step (b), 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of dispersant, 1 to 3 parts by weight of binder, 0.1 to 1.5 parts by weight of plasticizer, and 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of solvent to nitride Preparing an aluminum slurry; (d) spraying and drying the aluminum nitride slurry prepared in step (c) to produce granule powder; (e) molding the granule powder prepared in step (d) into a sheet by cold hydrostatic pressure (CIP); (f) performing a degreasing process on the plate produced in step (e); And (g) sintering the plate in which the degreasing process is completed. |
