As an initial component, Resin component which has at least 2 oxirane groups per molecule; Carboxylic acid; Flux agents represented by formula (I); And optionally a curing agent, a curable flux composition is provided: Where R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are hydrogen, substituted C 1-80 alkyl groups, unsubstituted C 1-80 alkyl groups, substituted C 7-80 arylalkyl groups and unsubstituted C 7-80 arylalkyl groups Independently selected; Wherein 0 to 3 R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are hydrogen. Also provided is a method of soldering electrical contacts using a curable flux composition. |
