Provided herein is a single oral solid dosage form comprising an immediate release first dosage composition having two or more antibiotics and a sustained release second dosage composition having a proton pump inhibitor. Single oral solid dosage form according to some aspects of the present invention can be used in the relapse prevention of diseases which are associated with infection by H. pylori or for treatment of a disease related to infection by H. pylori. |
