The present invention regulates protein kinase activity, in particular phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3 kinase) and mTOR, and regulates intercellular and/or intracellular signaling activities such as proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, migration and invasion. It provides usable heteroaromatic derivatives and formulations thereof. In addition, the present invention provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising the above compounds, and methods of using such compositions to treat hyperproliferative disorders in mammals, particularly humans. |
