abstract | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a center bracket for a fire hose with improved productivity and structural rigidity to prevent the fire hose from bending, and a method of manufacturing a reel case using the center bracket. Accordingly, the technical gist of the present invention is to form a center bracket of an integral structure of a hollow tube type drum and a plurality of disks by airtight welding in a three-dimensional form, which is smoothly wound when winding and unwinding a fire extinguishing (fire) hose. It is formed so that it does not loosen and does not bend at all, so it is strong against external shocks and has a stable structure during storage and handling. It enables smooth use when extinguishing, as well as extinguishing full of water depending on use in case of fire (Fire Fighting) It is formed to have remarkably improved structural rigidity (durability) against high loads and external impacts even when operating the hose.In particular, the manufacturing process is simple and rapid, and the manufacturing defect rate is greatly reduced, resulting in cost reduction and high manufacturing efficiency. It is characterized by remarkable improvement in productivity. Accordingly, when the center bracket of the present invention is combined with a plurality of side plates (left and right guide plates) to form an integral reel case (also referred to as'fire extinguishing reel'), this also reflects the characteristics of the center bracket as it is. The side plate and the center bracket are formed to be assembled in a mutual rivet structure, and are quickly and accurately mounted. |
