abstract | The present invention relates to an antagonistic small molecule compound having a Toll-like receptor 3/7/8/9 inhibitory function and TLR7, TLR8, TLR9 and TLR3 inhibitors comprising the same, TAC5 and its derivatives TAC5-a, TAC5-c , TAC5-d or TAC5-e, the novel compounds represented by poly(I:C) (TLR3 agonist), IMQ (TLR7 agonist), CL075 (TLR7/8 agonist), R848 (TLR7/8 agonist), TL8 (TLR8 TLR3/7/ including systemic lupus erythematosus and psoriasis by inhibiting the production of inflammatory cytokines as well as blocking the secretion of TNFα, NFkB activation, IkB degradation, phosphorylation of MAPKs induced by CpG ODN (TLR9 agonist) or CpG ODN (TLR9 agonist). It has an excellent effect for preventing or treating 8/9 related autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases. |
