abstract |
The present invention provides a diagnostic kit for Parkinson's disease comprising ATG4B protein that specifically binds to the autoantibody in order to measure the level of an autoantibody against the ATG4B (cysteine protease ATG4B) protein. The present invention confirms that the autoantibody level of the ATG4B (cysteine protease ATG4B) protein is high in the Parkinson's disease patient group, and provides a biomarker for diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. By selecting in advance, it can be very usefully used to diagnose and treat Parkinson's disease early. |
