Disclosed are a steering guide wire, a method of manufacturing the same, a steering catheter, and a method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention. A steering guide wire inserted into the catheter according to an embodiment of the present invention to induce insertion into a desired blood vessel includes a steering tip portion that is deformed into a bending shape of at least two stages by external stimulation and steered in a predetermined direction; And a non-steered tip portion that is not capable of being steered. A first steering tip portion having a first length and bent at a first angle with respect to the non-steering tip portion; And a second steering tip portion having one end connected to the first steering tip portion, having a second length, and being bent at a second angle with respect to the non-steering tip portion to be steered. The first steering front end may be located farther from the non-steering front end than the second steering front end. The first length of the first steering tip portion may be smaller than the sum of the lengths of the remaining steering tip portions excluding the first steering tip portion, and the first angle may be steered to be greater than the second angle. |
