titleOfInvention Stator of axial-flux motor, manufacturing method thereof and method for reducing core loss of axial-flux motor
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a stator of an axial magnetic flux motor and a method for manufacturing the same. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for reducing iron loss of a stator of an axial magnetic flux motor. To this end, the present invention is a stator of an axial magnetic flux motor including a plurality of micropores in the shape of a plane, wherein the micropores in the shape of a plane are not opened to the outside of the stator, and the surface of the micropores is extended in the height direction of the stator. It provides a stator of the axial magnetic flux motor, characterized in that formed, and also provides a method of manufacturing the stator of the axial magnetic flux motor using 3D printing. According to the present invention, it is possible to significantly improve the efficiency of the motor by reducing the iron loss due to the eddy current generated in the stator of the axial magnetic flux motor. In addition, according to the present invention, by manufacturing the stator of the axial magnetic flux motor by the 3D printing method, it is possible to reduce the iron loss occurring in the stator by implementing a structure that could not be realized in the past.
