abstract A reactor for producing acrylonitrile and a method for producing the same are disclosed. The reactor comprises a body of the reactor and a feed distributor arranged horizontally to the body of the reactor. The raw material distributor includes a main pipe and a pipe group consisting of a plurality of branch pipes in fluid communication with the main pipe. The inlet of the main body communicates with a raw gas source arranged outside the reactor body, and the end of the main body is closed. The ends of the branches are closed. The main and branch pipes each have a plurality of gas discharge holes. According to the present disclosure, the process gas can be uniformly distributed in the reactor, so that the production efficiency of acrylonitrile can be improved.
