abstract The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphic marker associated with the malic acidity trait and uses thereof. The single nucleotide polymorphism marker associated with the apple acidity trait according to the present invention has a high genetic similarity, so that it is possible to accurately discriminate a variety according to the acidity trait and acidity that does not show a significant difference in the phenotype. This means that when the marker of the present invention is used, the acidity of apples can be discriminated only by leaf leaves without apple fruit. .
