Lockout tagout device and valve |
abstract |
A valve assembly (10) comprising a valve housing (18) and a handle (40) movable about an actuation axis (Y) for actuating a valve actuator (34) within the valve housing between an open position and a closed position. The handle has a first opening 46 and the valve housing has a second opening 44 . When the valve actuator is in the closed position, the first opening is aligned with the second opening to enable reception of the lockout member 50 preventing movement of the valve actuator from the closed position to the open position. |
