| abstract | It is an object of the present invention to provide a diffuser without clogging used in the renovation of an existing high-concentration wastewater treatment plant that can simply perform the repair work of the diffuser outside the aeration tank without being put into the aeration tank. That is, the present invention provides an air supply pipe 201 which is inserted and installed downwardly from the upper portion of the aeration tank 100 and has an injection hole 201a at the lower end thereof; a diffuser inner cylinder 210 connected to the air supply pipe 201 and provided with a first vortex plate 216 forming an upward flow path 212; a diffuser outer tube 220 that is spaced apart to accommodate the diffuser inner tube 210 to form a downward flow path 222, and is provided so that the upper portion is closed by the upper plate 224; and a check valve 230 installed between the diffuser inner cylinder 210 and the diffuser outer cylinder 220 to open and close the downward flow path 222, and to apply a closing operating force by the elastic body 232; characterized. If a clog-free diffuser used for renovation and repair at the existing high-concentration wastewater treatment plant is used, the structure is improved so that the diffuser can be inserted and installed into the aeration tank using an air supply pipe and can be separated from the outside. In particular, the primary and secondary vortices are generated as the air is turned 180° along the upper and lower flow paths by the combination of the inner air passage and the outer air passage, and the oxidation is highly activated, resulting in high concentration of wastewater sludge with no chemicals and no filtration.
