titleOfInvention | PE Ball valves for gas |
abstract | Disclosed is a poly valve device for gas piping. The polyvalve device for gas piping according to the present invention has a polyvalve and a connection pipe having fastening protrusions formed at both sides thereof. An adapter is mounted on the top of the polyvalve, and a substem extends upward on the top of the adapter. Adapters and subsystems are surrounded by sheaths. A handle adapter is provided on the upper surface of the protective tube. A purge pipe is coupled to the fastening protrusion formed in each connection pipe, and a purge valve is fastened to each purge pipe. The poly valve device for gas piping is fixed to each component by heat fusion, which prevents foreign substances or water from entering through the fastening part, reduces installation time, and reduces manufacturing costs. . In addition, since the handle adapter is provided on the upper surface of the protective tube, foreign matters can be prevented from entering the protective tube when opening and closing the poly valve. In addition, since the purge pipe and the purge valve are made of the same synthetic resin material and heat-sealed, there is an advantage that airtightness can be maintained even after a long time. |
