titleOfInvention Integrated Air Conditioner
abstract An integrated air conditioner is disclosed that cools a condenser using some of the condensate generated in the evaporator and a refrigerant delivered from the expansion valve to the evaporator. The air conditioner is an integrated air conditioner having a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator installed in a cabinet and a cabinet to perform a refrigeration cycle, wherein the cabinet includes a cooling water container for storing cooling water including condensed water formed on the surface of the evaporator. The condenser is installed inside the cooling water tank to exchange heat with the cooling water, and a cooling tube through which a part of the refrigerant discharged from the expansion valve to the evaporator passes is installed in contact with the condenser. Since the air conditioner is cooled by a cooling tube through which a part of the refrigerant discharged from the cooling water and the expansion valve to the evaporator side is introduced, the temperature of the refrigerant transferred from the condenser to the expansion valve is low. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a large-capacity integrated air conditioner capable of installing a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator in a cabinet without performing a bulky volume.
