The present invention encodes a cell targeting moiety and a heterologous prodrug activating enzyme and provides a genetic construct for use as a medicament in a mammalian host, which construct target cell of the mammalian host. As an intraconjugate, the cell targeting moiety and the enzyme can be expressed, wherein the conjugate is then controlled to leave the cell so that it can be selectively concentrated at the cell surface antigen recognized by the cell targeting moiety. |
