Filter with a ceramic perforated member |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to increase the permeate flow rate of a filtration fluid in a filter of a fluid having a ceramic porous member disposed in a casing as a filter unit.n n n A plurality of filter units made of a ceramic porous member are fixed and arranged at both end faces of the casing, and are provided with a flow path for the filtration fluid and a discharge path for the filtration fluid formed through the filter unit. The flow paths are separated from each other by sealing a part of the filter unit fixing portion at both end faces of the casing, the filter unit having a plurality of flow holes for the flow path and subsequent filtration fluid and a plurality of intrinsic flow holes for the filtration fluid; The basic structure is provided with a plurality of discharge holes for discharging the filtration fluid through the actual thickness of the ceramic porous member, and on any cross section perpendicular to one direction, the area occupied by the plurality of filter units is 35% of the inner surface of the casing. The above filter is provided. |
