abstract The present invention relates to a crystallization method of N, N' -bis [2,3-dihydroxypropyl] -2,4,6-triiode-5-acetylamido isophthalamide, more specifically -acetyl Crude N, N ' prepared from amido-2,4,6-triiodoisophthaloyl chloride and 3-amino propanediol (3-APD; 3-amino-1,2-propanediol) as starting materials -Bis (2,3-dihydroxypropyl) -2,4,6-triiode-5-acetylamido relates to a method of using water and acetone as a mixed solvent in the crystallization of isophthalamide.n n n The present invention relates to N, N' -bis (2,3-dihydroxypropyl) -2 using 5-acetamido-2,4,6-triiodoisophthaloyl chloride and 3-amino propanediol as starting materials. In preparing 4,6-triiode-5-acetylamido isophthalamide, the crude N, N' -bis (2,3-dihydroxypropyl) -2,4,6-triiodine- Concentrate the solvent in 5-acetylamido isophthalamide solution, add mixed solvent and reflux to N, N' -bis (2,3-dihydroxypropyl) -2,4,6-triiode-5- Acetylamido also provides a method of crystallizing isophthalamide.
