Compounds of Formulas 1a and 1b are novel compounds in which the variables R 1 to R 10 have the values described herein. Such compounds have a use as therapeutic agents for diseases such as obesity and type II diabetes, and can be provided as pharmaceutical preparations in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. |
