Ink jet print head and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
An ink jet print head and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The disclosed inkjet printhead comprises: a substrate having an ink chamber formed thereon with a restrictor to which ink is supplied; A nozzle plate coupled to the substrate and having a nozzle corresponding to the chamber and a heater generating bubbles in the chamber; A thermal conductive layer formed on an inner wall of the chamber and an inner surface of the restrictor; Equipped. The heat accumulation to the nozzle plate and the ink can be effectively suppressed, and the adsorption of dyes present in the ink can be effectively suppressed and the components around the chamber due to the bubble shrinkage can be protected. |
