| abstract |
The present invention relates to a switchable pants-type, prefastened disposable absorbent article having a back waist region and a front waist region forming a waist opening and two leg regions respectively forming a leg opening. The ratio of the elastic tension of the back waist region to the elastic tension of each leg region is at least about 0.6. Thus, the switchable pants-type, prefastened disposable absorbent articles of the present invention are effective for the wearer to reduce unnecessary leakage when used in a manner similar to conventional training pants rather than conventional diaper products. |
