abstract The phase locked loop circuit (PLL) including the prescaler according to the present invention superimposes multiple voltage controlled oscillators (hereinafter referred to as VCOs) to control the multiple VCOs. In order to select the VCO at the desired frequency, the control circuit can be used to operate linearly at various frequencies, allowing the frequency to be automatically presented using the control bits used inside the PLL. If no signal is required and the VCO is integrated, the entire PLL circuit can be configured as a single chip.
