Novel MITE isolated from Oryza spp. |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a rice-derived novel miniature inverted-repeat transposable element (MITE), and more specifically, to a terminal inverted repeat, an oligonucleotide represented by SEQ ID NO: 4 in a 5 'terminal region and 3'. It relates to a miniature inverted-repeat transposable element (MITE) characterized by having an oligonucleotide represented by SEQ ID NO: 5 in a terminal region. The MITE according to the present invention can be usefully used for analyzing genetic diversity of plants, mapping related genes, searching for genes, and developing DNA markers for specific traits. |
