Novel secretion signal isolated from the lactic acid bacteria |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel secretion signal isolated from lactic acid bacteria. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel secretion signal screened from the lactic acid bacterium chromosome using a secretion signal search shuttle vector comprising an alpha-amylase gene that does not contain a secretion signal.n n n The secretion signal of the present invention can be usefully used to secrete the protein of interest out of the cell with high efficiency in the production of recombinant protein. In particular, the secretion signal of the present invention is separated from the bacteria ensuring stability has an effect that can be used in expression vectors for food. |
