Method for separating liquid substance mixtures in a film evaporator |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for separating a liquid substance mixture containing at least one high volatile component and at least one low volatile component in a membrane evaporator, which comprises (i) preparing a continuous flow of the liquid starting material mixture, (ii) a liquid membrane is produced from said continuous flow and is in contact with the heat exchanger surface of the membrane evaporator, and (iii) the liquid membrane is partially evaporated to provide a stream of air rich in at least one high volatility component, and at least one low volatility component. This rich liquid flow is obtained. The present invention is characterized in that (iv) the surface of the heat exchanger is coated with a catalytically active material, and (v) the catalytically active material catalyzes a chemical reaction in a liquid membrane in which at least one highly active component is formed. It is done. |
