titleOfInvention | Method of an optical device using organic substance |
abstract | According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of fabricating an optical device for bonding a silicon submount and a laser light emitting device, the method comprising: etching the silicon submount to have four etching surfaces by anisotropic wet etching, and performing a photo process on the etched silicon submount. And depositing seed metal on the etched surface through a metal process, and the two opposite surfaces of the etched silicon submount on which the seed metal is deposited deposit the reflector metal and the organic material on the other two opposite surfaces. And a step of depositing and bonding an AlGaInN-based blue laser light emitting device to the silicon submount. |
