titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of stacked organic EL display by shadow mask patterning
abstract The present invention utilizes OLED-based technology to vertically cross two shadow mask patternings to drive R, G, B stacked organic materials with long life, high brightness, and uniformity of brightness. After eliminating defects by depositing an absorbent or protective layer film (insulator film) in a desired shape, laminated organic ELs (R, G, B colors) each having a light emitting region are formed by using a shadow mask. It is a technology to vacuum-deposit lamination type R, G, and B by patterning an insulator film in a desired shape by crossing a patterning mask perpendicularly to each other on a transparent electrode which is an organic EL electrode. For this purpose, there should be no shadow phenomena due to shadow sag or shadow area in the light emitting area, and a plurality of shadow mask holders are mounted in a vacuum evaporator to increase productivity.n n n n OLED (Organic Electronic Luminescence Device), BLU (Back Light Unit)
