abstract | The present invention can lower the amount of current transferred from the driving TFT to the light emitting element even when the same driving voltage is applied without changing the size of the active layer of the TFT, and maintains the high characteristics of the switching TFT as it is, and the luminance uniformity by the driving TFT is maintained. In order to satisfy the requirements and to shorten the lifespan of the light emitting device, and to easily implement the flexible characteristics, the light emitting device includes pixels each including a plurality of subpixels including the light emitting device, and the subpixels. And a semiconductor active layer each having a channel formed thereon, wherein each semiconductor active layer includes at least one switching thin film transistor having at least one nanoparticle and located at each of the subpixels. The light emitting device is driven so that a predetermined current flows through the light emitting device. And each of the semiconductor active layers includes driving thin film transistors having at least one nanoparticle, and in each of the subpixels, at least a channel of the switching thin film transistor and a channel of the driving thin film transistor are different directions.
