abstract | The present invention provides a polishing cloth having excellent polishing characteristics, and also provides a method for producing a nanofiber structure in which nanofibers are incorporated into a support. The polishing cloth of the present invention has a single fiber fineness of 1 × 10 -8 to 2 × 10 -4 dtex by the number average, and the sum of single fiber fineness ratios of 1 × 10 -8 to 2 × 10 -4 dtex of single fiber fineness. It is an abrasive cloth which consists of a sheet-like thing which has the nanofiber which consists of a thermoplastic polymer which is 60% or more of range in at least one part, and has a stress at the time of 10% elongation of a longitudinal direction 5-200 N / cm width. In addition, in the method for producing a nanofiber structure of the present invention, the nanofiber dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing a nanofiber dispersion liquid having a number average diameter of 1 to 500 nm in a dispersion medium in a dispersion medium is attached to a support, and then the nanofiber for removing the dispersion medium.
