The present invention discloses a polishing plate which is composed of different materials having different thermal expansion coefficients.n n n As described above, according to the polishing table according to the present invention, the flatness of the surface plate can be maintained, the workpiece can be mirror-finished with high efficiency and high precision, and the temperature of the surface plate can be adjusted within a certain range by adjusting the temperature of the cooling water. Because of the control, it is possible to minimize the change of the surface shape due to thermal deformation and to flatten the entire surface of the mirror-polished workpiece. |
