The present invention relates to a rpS3 fusion protein that can be easily penetrated into the dermis or into a cell when applied to the skin surface by forming a rpS3 fusion protein in which rpS3 and a protein transport domain are covalently bound, more specifically, the protein of the present invention. The transport domain is composed of 15 to 30 amino acids, a hydrophobic domain including five or more tryptophans, a hydrophilic domain containing a large number of lysines, and a spacer separating the two domains. It was composed of and, compared to the control group, the concentration-dependent, time-dependent penetration into the cells smoothly, and lasted more than 48 hours in the cells. |
