titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of high strength polyvinyl alcohol fiber |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing high crystalline and high strength polyvinyl alcohol fibers suitable for industrial use, and to polyvinyl alcohol fibers obtained therefrom, and more particularly to polyvinyl polymer having a high polymerization degree in a mixed solvent in which dimethyl sulfoxide and methanol are mixed. The polyvinyl alcohol spinning dope prepared by dissolving alcohol is spun into an alkali coagulation bath to remove acetyl groups remaining in the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) polymer during coagulation so that the saponification degree of the fiber is 99.9% or more.n n n In addition, the polyvinyl alcohol fibers obtained by the above method can be stretched 18 times or more, characterized in that the tensile strength of 16.5g / d or more, the crystallinity is 70% or more.n n n The high-crystalline and high-strength polyvinyl fibers produced by the above method exhibit excellent properties not only for cement and concrete reinforcement but also for rubber reinforcement such as automobile brake hoses and tires. |
