titleOfInvention | Chlorine Ion Determination Using Chlorine Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy |
abstract | The present invention relates to the determination of chlorine ions using a chlorine nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer ( 35 Cl-NMR), and more specifically, tetraethylammonium chloride (TEAC), an external reference material, is a hydrogen atom that is a chemical transfer reagent of chlorine ion. It is dissolved in an atom-substituted dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO-D 6 ) solvent and introduced into one tube of a coaxial tube, and a standard substance of known chlorine concentration or a sample to be analyzed is placed in the remaining tube of the coaxial double tube. Chlorine ion quantitative analysis using a chlorine nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer ( 35 Cl-NMR) characterized in that the input to measure. Conventional chlorine ion quantitative methods have many problems in time and accuracy due to interferences in samples with complex media, and pretreatment of the sample is essential prior to chlorine ion quantification. The quantitative method of the present invention can easily analyze chlorine ions without pretreatment of the sample, and can directly and quantitatively analyze chlorine ions accurately without being influenced by the medium in the solution sample. |
