abstract The present invention is an auxiliary agent consisting of 60 to 70% by weight of the diatomaceous earth as the main raw material in the inorganic powder, 10 to 20% by weight of the wollastonite as the minor raw material in the inorganic powder, 2 to 10% by weight of bentonite as the inorganic binder, and at least one of silica sol and hexametaphosphate. Provided are a heat resistant protective tube for a low carbon steel or ultra low carbon steel probe containing 2 to 10% by weight, a method for manufacturing the same, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof.
