The present invention provides compounds that can be used for the treatment of diseases involving calcium sensing receptors (CaSR), particularly parathyroid hyperplasia.n n n According to the present invention, a novel pyrrolidine derivative or a salt thereof having an aminomethyl group substituted with an arylalkyl group or the like has an excellent CaSR operative regulating action, and a CYP2D6 which may cause drug interaction. It was found that the selectivity with the inhibitory effect was excellent. In view of the above, these novel pyrrolidine derivatives are useful as therapeutic agents for diseases involving CaSR (hyperthyroidism, renal osteotrophy, hypercalcemia, etc.). |
